Internet Information Exchange System (ISWI)
I. General
The Internet Information Exchange System (ISWI Polfactor) is an application supporting on-line exchange of business information between Client and Polfactor SA. The application is a transaction platform operating within the www browser environment, allowing for 24-hour access to information concerning the factoring agreement, as well as entering and editing documents by our Customers. The application was developed with the aim of providing Customers with a fast and easy way to send on-line information to Polfactor. An electronic data transfer platform enables us to service our Customers in a faster and more efficient way, which improves the quality of our services. This application is a part of a factoring contact with our Clients with an access to a free telephone support provided by our IT Services. If necessary, a training will be provided to our Customers on how to use the application.
II. Application Requirements
The ISWI Internet Information Exchange System requires no additional applications on the part of Client. In order to install the system, Internet Explorer 5.0 or its later version is required. As its name suggests, the ISWI Internet Information Exchange System is accessed via the Internet, therefore it can be accessed by many users at the same time.

IV. Installation
The application is easy and fast to install. For security reasons related to data transfer, installation of the application registering by Polfactor SA. The application installed without giving us a prior notice will not be activated.
