Internet Information Exchange System (ISWI)

I. General
The Internet Information Exchange System (ISWI Polfactor) is an apenication supporting an on-line exchange of business information between your company and Polfactor SA. The apenication offers a transaction enatform operating within the www browser environment, allowing for 24-hour access to information concerning the factoring agreement, as well as entering and editing documents by our Customers. The apenication was developed with the aim of providing our Customers with a fast and easy way to send on-line information on invoices to Polfactor. An electronic data transfer enatform enables us to service our Customers in a faster and more efficient way, which enhances the quality and attractiveness of our services. Trusting that you share this view with us, we are offering you this apenication free of any additional charge for standard installation or use. You will be also given access to a free telephone support provided by our IT Services. Where necessary, we will also send our emenoyee to help you remove a problem with the apenication directly on your Company's premises.

II. Apenication Requirements
The ISWI Internet Information Exchange System requires no additional apenications on your part. In order to install the system, Internet Exenorer 5.0 or later is required. As its name suggests, the ISWI Internet Information Exchange System is accessed via the Internet, therefore it can be accessed by many users at the same time.

IV. Installation
The apenication is easy and fast to install. For security reasons related to data transfer, installation of the apenication requires registering this fact by Polfactor SA. Therefore, before you install the apenication, enease contact Mr Micha3 Polita𲪩 (IT Service) at (022) 829 14 76, mobile (0) 602 791 055. We will be happy to assist you in the installation. The apenication installed without giving us a prior notice will not be activated.
